Who says halloween costumes are just for kids? Well, it really isn’t just for the boys and girls who can already do some trick or treating all by themselves. Even your toddler or your baby can be dressed up for Halloween and it’s even more fun and cute to see them in those little costumes, sporting some mini-me version of the usual costumes you see during Halloween. So to help you decide just what to dress up your baby in time for this season of fun and surprises, check out these five unique ideas you might want to consider:

1. Bee Baby - This costume is perfect for baby boys and baby girls alike. It sure is too cute to handle too! All you need is to make sure that the costume would still be breathable even if it will be wrapped around your baby’s body. Also, check to see if the part that goes around the face fits perfectly so that you don’t run the risk of covering the baby’s mouth and other parts that would make them feel uncomfortable. This costume is also usually equipped with some leggings and a cute antenna on the head piece.

2. Superhero - There are tons of superhero outfits that you can fit your baby into. There are always the staples such as Superman and Batman. These days, the list just seems to go on and on when it comes to finding a good superhero costume. What’s also good about this costume is that you can use it for other occasions apart from just Halloween so it really is a classic costume that you might want to consider investing in.

3. Royal Baby - Dress up your baby boy like a little prince or your little girl just like the little princess that she is! Since babies may not be able to tolerate the real tiaras yet and may find them uncomfortable, consider head pieces made from cloth and foam that you can easily and comfortable place on their heads as a crown. This usually comes in with the set if you are going to buy a commercially made royalty costume.

4. Scary Baby - If you are feeling a bit bolder and more fun you might also want to keep with the Halloween spirit by dressing up your baby in a scary way–without having to sacrifice their cuteness. You can choose to have them wear a vampire costume, complete with cape or a witch costume which is basically just a black billowy dress complete with a hat for the little baby girl. Keep in mind that there is also no need to have them wear a makeup because you don’t want to risk them having some skin irritation.

5. Pirates - This is another fun way to dress up your cute little one. The pirate costume can also fit either a baby girl or a baby boy. Just ease up on the eyepatch, because they might not like it that there’s an eye covered in something they are not used to.
